Is there going to be a smaller tournament for the guys who don't make the top 4? Like the EPIC Duos in Kokomo?
It doesn't even have to be "official" or have prize support, but if I don't make the top 4 I'd still like to have some fun playing minis while I'm up there! :) just an idea.

I believe the plan is to do tile wars after the top 4 cut.

Well it looks like the Tusken bet at Kokomo was a huge success. With that said I guess we have more oddness to come. This time Chris Elwell must run a squad with the theme of Zann Consortium. It also looks like Sven wants in on this action and will be running a nine activation or less Sith Squad. Trust me for him that is just really weird. This time the prize will be post tournament beers at Bufflo Wild Wings after the tournament for a top half finish.

It also seems that I'm being brought into this one as well so we will see what happens....

I'm all for BW but I dont drink :D. Still unsure whether or not I'll be here. 2.5 hours isn't bad since I am not losing an hour, but I technically had plans with a co-worker that day...

HannahCannon is quite the regular at B-Dubs so I'm sure after the event and during lunch we will be there. So it just kinda made sense to be the prize for our bet this time :)

Did you get to play in a regional this year at all?? If not you have to make this one. Don't want to miss them all!!

I never get to play in any regionals, but I almost always attend (judge) them. This has just been a crappy year, because I haven't been able to play much at all at home, so I haven't been offering my services to judge. Since no one has been relying on me I have let little things get in the way to make it too inconvenient to come.

there is still a chance Amanda and i will be coming. it just depends on money and on weather or not i get this new job. i will say this, at least if i dont make the top 4, anyone who plays tile wars should bring their A game lol. It is my favorite format.

Alright Danville, I've won my 3 titles this year.

Assuming I get off work, I am gonna show up with a RIDICULOUS squad.

Doesn't mean I'm gonna lose on purpose (God no that would be cheating!)

I think this squad can be ANNOYINGLY effective, but we haven't seen anything like it at a regional so far.

So I'm just gonna come and have fun with it. And boy will you be pissed off if you have to face it. :)

Were there any bets involved in the creation of your squad? :D

Nope - I actually created it about a year agao. Played it vs Jake many months ago, and won - but I thought it would be too annoying to play and it's really not top tier anyway.

Funny thing is that Jake's squad is perfectly equipped to annihilate it, but I am running it anyway.

It's not really a "bet" but I did tell Jake I'd run it if I won 3 regionals before Danville.

I look forward to seeing it. Here locally Jar Jar antics have been used at local events so we will see if you can beat that on the annoying scale LOL.

On an annoying scale, Tim's squad wins hands down against jar jar. I've played jar jar a lot so I feel as if I have room to talk here. Jar jar while annoying is one piece, while Tims squad is his entire squad being annoying all at once. The game that he beat me in was when I was playing OR so even Bastilla and her antics will be frustrated by Tims madness. And yes my squad is equipped to crush Tim's squad on all kinds of different levels.

Remember during the top 4 cut there will be a Tile Wars regional. Have you 200pt squad ready to go. We will be giving Tile packs donated by Christopher West for prizes for this event!
