That's going to be a fun weekend for me. Should try to find a place to crash that night, since I have a SWCCG tournament the next day up in Lansing.

So, does that mean you don't need a ride up there?

I live in Kalamazoo, MI (about 50 min south west of the Lancing). You are welcome to stay here. I have a 2100 sq foot 3 bedroom house. My kids will be with my ex this weekend.[/quote]

Engineer that would be great, really appreciate the offer. The plan would be to take a 1/2 vac and get started across Ontario by Noon. I'm figuring 5.5-6hrs from WNY. Once we're a definite, I'll PM you.

So - Those of us staying at Chateau Larson Friday night - we should figure out a game to play.

I mean - I'm sure we'll play several - but I am thinking something fun and different minis wise.

I recommend a Royal Rumble. Everyone brings 3 sets of dynamic duo teams that are 100 pts or less (does not have to equal exactly 100) NO FACTION RESTRICTIONS! Yes you can have Han Solo Smuggler with Darth Vader Lagacy of the Force as one of your three squads for example.

Then everyone puts one squad in the area, and tag teams in their next squad at the begining of the next round after their first team dies. Ditto with the third. Collect points for characters you kill. Last mini(s) standing get their points added to their total. Winner has the most points. Super fun, let's play.

I vote we do this in addition to Citadels, and/or Ascension, and/or 7 Wonders.

I also wouldn't mind checking out the trench run

I concur with Tim. I'm all for royal rumble and acension. I'll try seven wonders again even though I got my butt kicked last time. And hey if you guys want I can bring clone wars monopoly (it only takes like a half hour)... (jake time) real time; give or take about 3-4 hours.

LOL! Nooooooooooo!!!!!

I'm a little bummed we didn't get to play a Royal Rumble in Indiana at Brad's tournament. That was in part because we were all exhausted from staying up all night the night before playing Star Wars Monopoly! We were supposed to do it after the Epic tournament!

I'll bring Ascension and Citadels.

And 6 Royal Rumble squads so I can give 3 squads to someone else to play too. Jake if you do the same we can draft squads again.

How many are we expecting at Eric's place?

WNY landing party confirmed, it will be YobuckKiller, christophercook and myself joining the festivities.

A Friday night royal rumble would be very cool indeed!

It looks like the Danville group is probably not gonna be able to make it. We had a good time at the January tournament, but we have a few regionals that are closer to us and an anime convention all happening in a relatively short period of time. So we're not planning on coming this time.

Oh sure, NOW bring this around.

Where was this all those times that I WASN'T a Hall-of Famer and pulled off that feat? I've only been in a few days and all ready I'm getting picked on. LOL

I guess you're in the same boat Jason.

LOL. Good thing I'm judging then otherwise you'd be giving a lot of crap away. No wonder Mike was trying to talk me into playing :D

So the goal is to see how many prizes can be forced out of UrbanJedi?

Well, I didn't think we were going, but the siren song of prizes has drawn out some of the other players here. So now it looks like we'll have 3 or 4 people coming from Danville after all.

Prize support for everyone is one of the best bribes for tourney attendance ever..

bump and updated prizes for beating hall of fame members. (there will be at least 3 members playing with as many as 4 more in the highly likely to attend catagory)

Headhunter trophy LOL, I love it. It's going to be fun to gun for some one else instead of being the one gunned for like here locally lol!
