By now, all the pointmen know what to do. Start a thread and keep track of how many sets you need for your area. I am assuming that all previous pointmen will continue on in that capacity. If you want to step down or someone else in your area really wants to do it, let me know and we can make the change. Like with set R+R there will be epics as well this time around so please make sure you check with your people on how many need/want epics this time around. As I know last time we didn't get as many epics printed and those who donated had first dibs. Hopefully we will raise enough money to make sure everyone who wants one will get an epic set but they will go to those who donated first and then regular requests second.
