just a quick question since i have not been able to make it to a regional before. What is the Price per person to enter? i assume $10-$15, but i just want to make sure, my wife and i are planning to attend and would just like to know how much it will cost.

I am pretty sure all the regionals are $15. I will be judging, so see ya there.

It will be good to have some more Indiana representatives at the Regional, hope you can make it. Had some from Indy last year and some surrounding areas. A great deal of players from surrounding states as well (think the Regional was the 3rd largest in its inaugural event).

I plan on coming to the Kokomo Regional, but I haven't been able to find out how many points my squad can have? I'm sure its here somewhere, I just can't locate it. . .

Where can I find the rules/requirements for squad building for the regional?

Squards are 200 points, normal faction rules apply. Any miniature officially released is legal (so you can use anyone from Rebel Storm to Destiny of the Force as well as any of the Map Pack/Starter miniatures). The allowed maps are all on the Restricted Map section of the SWMGPA Floor Rules. Let me know if there is any other info you need.

So where can I find the "Destiny of the Force" cards at? Do I have to purchase them or is there a link where I can download them?

Looks like I'm going to be able to make it. I gotta defend my title! It was a great time last year, I'm looking forward to it.

Cool. I am glad to hear that we are going to have a decent turn out again this year.

There will be a new preview for the upcoming R&R set as well as a partial set of customs there from the new set for folks to look over. Basically the same thing that was done at the K-Town challange just with more.

As Mike "Wacoblaze mentioned in another thread I am going to get doughnuts, but I would like to have an idea of how many to get. so if you are planning on coming to Kokomo Saturday please post here so we can make sure we have enough to go around.

During the Championship rounds there will be a Geonosis Mass battle taking palce for those that didn't make it can enjoy.

Also it looks like I will have about 43 customs of the 60 minis needed for the upcoming R&R set. Only 4 will have stats with them, so you will have to guess the rest. Of course if you pay for my lunch I might tell you what they are :D

4:30 in the morning - getting ready to head out for the tournament.

Yeah - it's stupid early.

Hey people in Eastern time zone - in the future, please don't start the tournament so ridiculously early. Keep in mind you are right on the edge of Central time zone, so if you want anyone from this time zone (ie Chicago) to come (and why wouldn't you want as many people as possible?) we lose an hour going in.

Adversely, if anyone wants to come to the Chicago regional next weekend, you'd probably only have to wake up at 7:30-8am. (We start later and the time switch is in your favor)

8am vs 4:30am.

Think about not starting so early for next year. See you soon
