Since I'm going to help Ray out by working on Regionals this year, I wanted to start a Master Thread to contain all the individual threads for people working on getting their Regionals started. Not all of the locations have created thread, so until a thread is created then it's not showing up here. Each Regional needs a separate thread to help attract better attention/discussion. Could you also put the dates next to the various regionals (instead of having to look in each thread). |

I know that Indiana is going to have one at Kokomo. We are working on a date. Maybe memorial day weekend? But it is still up in the air. |

I just need to confirm it with Bryan, the store owner. |

Bump! A little over 3 weeks away from the first Regional and I still don't have dates/locations for all events... I'm also going to just remove Cincinnati from the list, right now it seems 99% certain we won't be having one since it's mostly just me interested in it. |

It is a shame to drop Cincy. Even though we have a venue (one of our own works at a shop they regularly play at) it seems no one is interested. I sent an email to 22 people and not 1 responded to me. Kinda sucks that I didn't even get a "not that interested", made me wonder if I even sent the email at all in the first place =o/ I was tempted to go to Kokomo, even trying to check out how to get there, but my coworker sniped the day before so I missed out. Maybe next year I'll be able to make it up there (especially since another good friend lives up there, he works at the new comic store [Comics Cubed or something like that]). We'll see... |
