Are we having one this year? Obviously I'd love to have one. I hope that if we plan far enough in advance we'll be able to have some luck. Also, obviously we can't have it during Mother Day's weekend like last year

Since local play has almost gone away, there is a chance we won't have one unless we know people from out of town are coming in. Basically it seems the big problem is whether we can get the turn out to supply the money for the GenCon badge. We've only talked about it briefly but we're trying to get it to work. I suggested doing something different with prize support, where instead of buying a case and such we just create DotF customs and then the top winner can get the badge from the money supplied by the players. If we do have one, it will likely be at Art of War this time (just guessing, not certain). |

Bump, hoping someone will be interested. Right now it sounds like the Regional is going to be me, sitting alone, playing both sides of the map. Somehow I'll still lose

I'm 99% certain there won't be a Cincinnati Regional this time around. We've stopped playing after GenCon and they've all moved on to another game. I asked around to see if anyone wanted a Regional for Cincy and have had no replies. So...that sucks. Guess my above statement of me having to have a tournament against myself will likely come true. |
