At some point on Weds I will be having a Judges meeting with all of you. We are going as a group make some decisions on how things will ruled and handled to insure a fun and fair weekend of minis play. I will expect all judges to not only attend but participate in the meeting (meaning dont just sit there and watch 2 people talk but give your freakin input). Literally if you cannot give input or wont talk in front of a few fellow judges how the heck am I supposed to think you are going to be able to handle your Judging duties. Please post if you are a judge and have read this. |

Got it. Bill and I (not sure who else) have his role playing session at 6pm. So I am hoping for anytime before that like between 3-5, but I really doubt everyone can be there that early. We can be flexible. |

I'm not officially judging, but I guess I'll sort of be there for the weekend in a "Tournament Software IT guy" capacity. So I can show up if you want, Dean. I'll be traveling solo this year, so I'm probably planning to show up pretty early in the day, like 2pm-ish probably. |

I'm there, anytime between 3-6PM should work. The other option would be to do it thur morning at like 8AM. |

I think between 3 and 6 Wednesday would be fine. I would rather do it on Wednesday afternoon than Thursday morning. |

I may just plan on using Generic tickets for most things. |

I don't know when I will be getting in. We are comming down Wed this year - but I don't know if we'll be there before 5pm. It's dependent on Deri's work schedule. He is working Wed, but not the full day if memory serves, and it's a full 3 hours + hotel check in etc. |

Is this meeting open to anyone (or just this year's Gencon Judges)? I obv judge locally and plan on judging my regional next year as it has been our thing to have the guy that wins judge the next year. |

We are going to cover how things will be handled during the weekend and get past any sticky issues. Those items we cover will most likely be passed on to everyone else via the seminar. |
