I am a complete newbie to this game. Looking at getting maps and minis for the RPG game my group is playing. So I will be asking a lot of questions.

I am currently in Richmond, VA. That's a bit of a drive but if you can make it to Fredericksburg, VA there's a miniature group there. The store's name is The Game Vault http://www.thegamevault.net. There's also a place called The Character Vault also in Fredericksburg (roughly 20miles north of the other store.).
