I just picked this book up yesterday at my FLGS, and wow I am impressed! GM's will have a lot of fun with this book! There are tons of new species for players to use, and some nice feats available.

It is definetly sad that this is the last RPG book made by WotC, but I think it covered the bases pretty good on some things that were never explained in earlier books, such as Mounted Combat.

I also picked up Scum and Villany yesterday also, and I have to say it is one of my favorite books so far. There is just a ton of great stuff in there!

So what is everyone elses thoughts on the final instalment of Star Wars RPG?

Gunslinger got a big boost they got some nice new talents
Retreating Fire-you can run way (double speed or run) you can still attack with a penalty
Slowing shot is pretty cool if you have Debilitating shot penalty to speed and they are flat footed.

Elite trooper that use nades got can throw 2 nades as a standard action
Extended threat gives range guys MR2 for aoos for the most part

Officer got some cool things to use with share talent.

Crime lord can let there ally reroll there action from impel 1 or 11 with master orders

For feats
Targeted area is pretty cool if you use area attacks
Instinctive attack is pretty cool if you need to reroll attacks.

The Talents are ok the best one is Piecing hit which is for a scout but if your a BH its great.

overall the mount combat is pretty cool. The best part about the book though are the species 17 of them and the new weapons. There are alot of things about being flat footed.
