I donated. So donating and stating that its for v-set 2 guarantees they will send us a deck? Is there anything else we need to do?

Most of the sets will be distributed at gen con is what was said on the Sith holo news. If you or your pointman is going to gencon then i think you should be all right but you might wait for a more official clarification.

my understanding is that there will be mailings of R+R because not everyone will be going to gencon (most overseas players are unable to com). I believe that Dean wants to distribute as many sets as possible at Gencon to avoid 1. post office costs and 2. hard to get lost in the mail if it is just handed over.

$100 has magically appeared for the V-Set fund raiser. Just curious, how far away are we from the goal?

Sincerely,

I will be coordinating the MI guys next weekend at marmalade dog next weekend and then making a fairly large donation at that time.

I'm in the process of organising the NZ guys. We picked up something like 14 sets last time (and we're now getting new players!). We unfortunately won't have anyone anywhere near Gencon so it'll be a big-ass postage thang. I imagine that we'll team up wi' Oz again, although Matt/Sashlon and I are in discussions as to who is the major pointman this time!

Question: Is Battle of Theed part of this?

First, I want to thank all those that have already donated towards the funding of R&R. I know some of you are asking how much has been donated already. I can’t answer that right now. It has been brought to my attention that our current PayPal account has some issues. We would prefer that everyone refrain from donating until further notice. We are working on solving the issues we are experiencing.

Let me assure you that this is a PayPal issue. R&R is almost entirely complete on the design end. The Battle of Theed is near completion as well. Plus there is an extra surprise and it is being play tested currently. We will be producing these. We just have to figure this issue out first. We will post here when we are ready to take donations again.

Thank you for support the V-Set and continuing to grow the game.

Les

We are working on several things at once to make many things about the V-set better.

One of those things will be having a deadline for donations and requests for a set of R&R. This set will also incude an additional 10 card Theed subset as well as 12 very special cards that are currently top secert.

On top of that we are working on making the distribution of these cards more efficient than DOTF. So please stay tuned for that info as well.

Did I mention that we are also brainstorming about V-set III? So the designers are looking to the future of the game and trying to get some better processes in place.

Actually to go a step further, V-Set 4 is in the works, on the horizon, etc.
