Well what a match, nearly identical squads here.

K'kruhk crapped out and he lost me the match :(
Echo wins!
gg

confirmed. K'kruhk definitely fell flat that game, being unable to roll a 5 really hurts. Fun game though!

Boba defeats Gunther on hard board. 133-32

Was really close. On the key init he won but had 4 guys bunched together and Hett to go after Noghri which left him with too many choices with only 1 activation. He put 40 on noghri, but I was able to corrupt his other 4 guys with Plageius. With his guys having low Hps to start with that corrupt was going to be tough to overcome the rest of the way. He used Ani to Unleash the force but that damaged Hett as well and allowed my to get to where I had my whole squad minus Noghri against a 50hp Hett and I won that init to corrupt 40 and with only 10 HP left there was little he could do. Was a fun game. Better luck next time.

Lobo defeats TINT

Was a quick game on Starship. I set up wrong to start with, and forgot about his B3's Missiles 30, so I ate one in the pants right off the bat, but luckily only lost 1 piece due to it. My IG-88 and Argyus made quick work of the B3 after that though. The only other pieces I lost after that were just due to me being silly and trying to finish off his GG SOTJ with Pulse Cannon. :D

Round 2 game Bill vs Joel.

Game starts out very poorly with me, losing most of the important rolls. But a key final pawned shot crit with the HK on Qui-Gon begins a dramatic turn around.

Game goes on, Luke fails to kill a 10hp Sid with 6 straight misses. We screw up the score and have to back track a round, but in the end, by some miracle of dice, it all comes down to a final Unleash. My kyle (only piece remaining) vs his Anakin Solo (with 30). If I fail the save, I lose, if I make it I win. I make it.

Bill wins barely.

Jonnyb vs The Celestial Warrior

Jonny wins 165-90.

It was numbers...Jonny didn't have a single fig above 35 (Anistap) which gave him 11 acts to my five...high defense and SSM just isnt enough when you're rolling 10+ attacks....Flobi got pinged to death in the end and his sole Emperor's Hand put the finishing blows on all my jedi...

Don vs Gunther
168 to 100

Final round Gunther won init and Hett was set up for a second repulse that could have put him over the edge to win the game but in a wild and fatal move Gunther got too greedy and decided to give up 3 AOO's on 30HP Hett in order to get all of my characters caught in the repulse. My MVP was the Echani Handmaiden teamed with the Talz Chieftan who really softened up the ISP and Sith Lord real nice. Good game.

Echo vs empirejeff

Echo wins

Jacen ran in for a big explosion, but took a crit from my Trandoshan Elite Mercenary, bringing him to 10 HP. I won init and pushed Jacen to death, and it all went downhill from there. Had the init gone his way, the game would have looked completely different. Really fun.

Confirmed.

In between a couple blizzard-related interruptions, the Bothan Commando and friends turned me into toast.

Good game, but the rolls failed me in the end. Couldn't complain however about making the crit early on to deal 50 dmg.

Confirmed result vs jeff.

Could make shields save in the middle of the match but I believe 4 crits from Jeff including an imp Knight rolling a 17 and then a crit and lucien failing the block when it was a 50 HP lucien vs a 20 HP JWM and Imp knight at full neither with FP.

On the bright side, my devaronian BH did at least 80 or so damage. All to non-uniques.

uptonfish vs Grand Moff Boris

119 -107 with Boris concedeing (truthfully not exactly sure on the score)

Boris played a good game and made it close which was surprising considering his pulls thus far have been less than stellar. But in the end GM Yoda and friends were too much. Thanks for the game Boris

Confirmed, and the score sounds about right. I finally conceded when I was sure my Chameleon Droid with its 40 HP and my R5 in the back drop couldn't outpace the Mean Green machine, who did drop to 110 HP. The game was a lot closer than I thought it would be, but realistically when your rare pulls are Chameleon Droid and Ewok Hang Glider, you have to stretch your non-uniques beyond their maximum potential. Against a single 150 HP Jedi, it's kind of tough even with things like Opportunist and Spotter. My Gundark missed too many attacks (I think I rolled a total of 15 1's, but I stopped counting at 12 because that is just Vassal for you), despite winning a key initiative. A couple of crits at the end of the game almost turned things around, but not enough.

Nevertheless, I had great fun trying and uptonfish was a good sport the whole game. Thanks! :)

GREAT game, it was very tough... but my last kill was lucky, got an AoO with my Antarian Ranger against his Darth Maul, SA >.<
