No dark side characters. In fact, if your character goes dark (as outlined in the RPG booklet), it's the same as character death. Players who intentionally push their characters to the dark side won't be invited to roll up a new character, either.

So this is what we know at this point. The players are Roulex, Lobostele, Jughead, Luke Skywalker, Zac Attack, dnemiller, and omnipotent. Anyone else that has already told me they want to play that I may have forgot to list here should contact me ASAP, as registration for the game is now closed.

The setting is about two weeks before the start of the Clone Wars.
Character choices are wide open. Post your character design here, or if you need help, you can PM me.

Once characters are done, we will get started.

Dice is fine, but you are all on the honor system, and I reserve the right to alter character stats if I think people are fudging the system. ;)

Still time to join in if you roll a character quickly. I have been distracted by errands in real life lately but intend to get this thing running by Nov. 1.

I know there is at least one person, probably 2, waiting for me to help them finish their characters, which I will do this week. I cannot help anyone else roll a character who doesn't own a copy of Saga, sorry.

Once that is done, I will post the introductory scene. Each player then posts an introduction of their characters, and we will go from there. I will roll all d20 checks and post results as those occur.

Hahaha, this is a first for me too. If you have the SAGA book though, it only takes a couple hours to sit down and sift through the important stuff, and put together a character. Then....yeah, I think we'll do the whole thing through the forums here. I would suggest to Boris that we create two threads when we actually get started. One for the actually 'playing' where we'll post story elements, choices on what actions we'll take, results of dice rolls, etc. Then we can have a separate thread that is for player 'banter', or the inane prattle that we'll all probably want to have at some point, or the comments that we might make that don't actually pertain to the story itself. Then Boris can moderate the threads and move off-topic posts out of the 'story' thread and into the 'comments' thread.
