Great pics there.

And perhaps those flowers are a little more Naboo than I first thought.
Just make more of them.

Don't be embarresed, you were absolutely correct about the creeper, and I think that adding flowers will help. :D

Happy Sunday,

This is the last sneak preview before the release of the new map.

Theed Library.

This is like the Library in the Jedi Temple, just a bit smaller.

The next one is the security office. it leads to the senators office that you'll see on the full map.

[/img]Image

As soon as the map is done I will send it to Dean and he can stamp it with the logo and do as he pleases with it.

Expect the map to be completed Next Sunday!

Thanks for your hard work! I'm really looking forward to this map. I've been waiting for a good Naboo map for a long time.

Thanks! I'm looking forward to this one as well. I think its going to big a big improvement on my first attempts.

Speaking of which, I'm re-releasing my oringinal maps with improved art, and a few changes to the layouts, expect those in the next few weeks.

I got a bit carried away with the first redo, It turns out I had to start completley from scratch

Here is the revision of my first map "Mandalorian Camp on Dxun"

Here are a couple close ups

[/img]Image

The Weapons Forge, I thought would be a nice idea. The Furnaces are copies of the furnaces seen on the bespim maps, with a few minor changes.

HEre is a bit og the jungle, I have added ALOT of plants .

This map has been a lesson in layers and in airbrushing, which was a godsend on this map[/img]

Nice I like the mando camp, though I think the left side should have low obstacles to provide cover. Other than that nice job!

All the green area around the trees is cover, perhaps the pic doesn't show it that well, Also I'm going to play with the plants a little more, I think there looking a little too pokemon.

Oh, my mistake, in that case the map is great! The map has excellent balance on both sides. Keep up the good work. The plants look good I think.

well, if you (Jedicartographer) will be updating some of your old maps and allowing us to print them off through Cafepress.com, then I'll wait before I put in an order (or 5!!!)

Great, great, great work. Your style and "vision" for balanced, fun, playable maps is second-to-none!

Very nice. I thought your first few maps were good, but you are getting better and better. I like the redo of the Mando Camp, but the Theed map is my favorite by far.

Very good job.

Another Map in the "2.0 Series"

Taris Mid Level 2.0

If I bring it to GenCon I'm renaming it "The Lower City"

Image

HEres a peek at the original. I think I did a pretty good job of upgrading without taking away the colors and themes too much

Image

I'm sending it out to NickName this week so expect it on the holocron In the next few days.

I've had to make some adjustments to whats next, but I can tell you this much if all goes well, Your going to be getting alot of maps for much cheaper. Probably Felucia is next, or Dantooine Enclave 2.0. Either way there both getting done. They have to get done now

I won't make a promise yet though.

Wow....LOVE the upgrade. It's VERY obvious how much your skills have developed both in understanding how to make a good, balanced, playable, map and also in how to make them look gorgeous. That looks like the difference between an elementary school drawing, and a master artist (not that the first one was elementary school level, just illustrating the VAST improvement ;) ). WELL DONE!
