Here's our Darth Maleval!

The artwork and mini are based on the Quarren Assassin - add a Lightsaber and a Lightwhip, paint him black and you're done. After reading the comic through again, we're probably going to use the Sith Apprentice's body, pop the quarren's head on it, and add a lightwhip. We'll adjust the card if/when we change it.

Anyway, we've been trying to get cheap troops and decent troop CE's into the Sith faction, and Maleval provided an easy way to do it with Imperial Stormtroopers. Yes, I know, more Affinity, but if it works, it works.

Initially we gave him Sith Rage, but every Sith with a Force Point has it. So we gave him Force Alter instead to provide SOME kind of defensive ability for the Sith.

Lightwhip is something we came up with to work around the fact that he carries the lightwhip and the lightsaber. We may up the damage to 20 on the whip.

His cost is based near the other ONE SITH minors, like Darth Nihil, but could probably use some adjustment.

Anyway, let me know if it looks good or if it needs some tweaking.

Both Lumiya and the Mystral Shadow Guard have 20 damage and they carry lightwhips. I would up it to 20. Nice to see more affinity!

Yeah, I was worried that if they did 20 dmg with the whip, then no one'd ever use the lightsaber, but then I realized that you couldn't do a double attack with the whip, so I'm changing it. :)

For some reason I thought the MSG had 10 damage. Weird. :)

A couple other people have suggested raising the dmg to 20, so it'll be instituted!!
