Woah...the Bothan Informant is very interesting. At first I thought he looked vastly undercosted, but now I'm not quite so sure. Still probably undercosted especially when you take into account the vast number of Force Users in the Rebel faction, so re-rolling that save and making it shouldn't be too hard. On top of that, the access to Ghost Obi-Wan and Mettle makes this practically a sure-bet save. That's pretty powerful, IMO.

why does Sith Rage 2 use 2 force points, do the same thing, and potentailly damage him?

then how about renaming it so in case others want a Sith Rage 2 (force 2; this character gains +20 dmg on all attacks this turn), maybe something more along the lines of Delving into the Dark Side or something. Just normally, something that has a number with it (e.g. Force Lightning 4) is usually an improvment over the original, and also costs more FP

I think that you should just make the force powers cost one more FP instead of doing damage. For example, in Kotor it costs almost double force points to use Lightning if you're a Light Sider.
So Sith Rage should cost +1, Force lightning should cost +1.

wow, the Jango is a beast. I think the CE should only affect non uniques though, imagine Canderous with greater mobile *shudder*

They are pretty different. I like them both, but I think your commander effect would put your Luke into more play than mine.

Great CE for Luke. At first I misread it thinking all Rebel allies benefitted. This one is more "synergetic"

It is a shame that you cant shave 3-4 points off of his cost to make him an appropriate Dynamic Duo Piece for Emperor Palpatine (Either 3 for the Champions one or 4 for the ROTS one)
