Repulsorlift (Ignores pits, low terrain, and difficult terrain when moving)

Rapid Twin Attack (For each Twin Attack, non-Adjacent enemies may only roll 1 save when using Special Abilities or Force Powers to negate successful attacks)

Seismic Wave (Replaces Turn: range 6. 50 Damage to all characters within 6 squares. Huge or smaller characters are considered activated this round; save 16)

Heat Seeker Missile (Replaces Turn: Choose one enemy within line of sight, ignoring cover. 40 Damage to the target, save 11)

Cool except for the fact that Rapid Twin Attack is kinda hard to understand, but good though. :D

Agreed.

Basically, you can't evade both twin attacks. So if he targets the same character 8 times, the figure could evade a max of 4 of the attacks. Same w/ LS Deflect, etc for those w/ MotF2 or MotF3

Good figure i like the stats cost should be around 60ish maybe cuz boba fett BH is 62 and he can kill basically anyone ur thoughts?

Wow....a 23 attack for 30 damage a pop with GGDAC and a BDO. Ouch! I definitely like the idea though! Speed 3 would mean you would almost never get off a Quad/Twin though. The idea for Rapid Twin Attack is pretty sweet. Is that ability intended to give him Twin Attack to start with, or would it really only apply whenever you run this guy with GGDAC? Seismic Wave and Heat Seeking Missile are pretty sweet. I might make HSM more like Kouhun but without a range restriction though. Though I can see why you left it this way as well. If you took my idea, I'd probably take away the "and each adjacent character" part of it, lol. Ignoring cover and needing LOS instead is probably better.

Definitely cool ideas. Not sure what it's attack would have to be though. I mean you're talking about 240 damage, almost guaranteed (with a 23 attack, yeah), if you manage to pull off the Quad/Twin. So, cost wuold definitely have to be in the 80+ range, IMO.

Oh...and I just noticed I was reading the Attack/Defense backwards....Nevermind! Attack of 13 isn't quite so bad, lol. OK...maybe cost in the 60's?

Minor changes made...

Cost 64 (Dynamic Duo w/ Darth Sidious)
Removed adjacent damage from Heat Seeker Missiles
Changed speed to Speed 4. He's a big hunk-of-junk that shouldn't be as mobile as all figures.

Pretty cool.. if you don't want ppl avoiding all the damage, why do this: Give it Crack Shot, Rapid Fire Twin becomes normal Twin, and Double instead of Quad.

Crack shot would work like Crack Gunner, so the target can't avoid the damage. Maybe bump attack up to +7 as well.
