Location: 20,000 leagues under the sea (hunting for kolto).
So my friend and I really like the Clone Wars, and we really like mass battles. Unfortunately, Clones have a tendency to suck. Bad. So yesterday we got to brainstorming on how to make them better, and came up with this:

Clone Trooper Sergeant

10 pts

30 HP
16 DEF
10 ATK
20 DMG

Order 66

CE: Trooper followers within 6 squares that have Order 66 gain +3 attack and +3 defense.
Additionally, we gave a permanent +10 hit points to everything with Order 66, except the Commandos and ARCs.

Now, that Sergeant is just for regular battles. But when we have mass battles, at 250+, we decided to incorporate a squad tactic to keep track of activations. We haven't figured out points for squads yet, though 100 looks about right. Clone squads have 9 men in them, and to keep balance, we gave droid squads double this. A standard Clone Squad would like:

Clone Trooper Sergeant
Clone Trooper x3
Clone Trooper Supply Officer
Clone Trooper Engineer
Clone Trooper Medic
Clone Trooper Support Gunner
Assault Trooper

We altered the Sergeants so that only soldiers in their squads could be subject to their CEs (which replace their old ones -- the one that sucks against an army of droids anyway). The stats look like this:

Clone Trooper Supply Officer

20 HP
13 DEF
6 ATK
10 DMG

Supply Officer (other troopers in this character's squad gain Grenades 10)

Short-Range Weapons (may only attack an enemy character within six squares)

Notes: The Medic may only use his special abilities on squadmates.

Notes: This is meant to be a guy with a chaingun.

In addition to the regular squads, there are specialized squads that only use certain types of troopers, with several regular Clone Troopers as guards.

The only types of characters not listed above are:

There's also the command squads. Command squads constitute any non-sergeant commanders, and a detail of guards. There's no one custom in there unless we use custom commanders (such as my own Jedi, Rane Selth, and my own Commander, Jatne).

Well, that's it. A Droid command squad would be reminiscent of the clone one, except the Security Droids in it would have bodyguard for their principles.

For the CA Tank Droid, is the Troop Cart aspect of it the outrigger? If so, i would rename "Snail Tank" to "Outrigger"

Cool! I like the ideas! The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is the Penetration 10 on the guys with Rockets 30. I think I undestand what you're going for with that (want Rockets to not be affected by Damage Reduction) but Penetration (under the normal rules) only applies to normal attacks, not special abilities. Still, pretty cool!
