35 might be a bit low for a Triple Attacking Boba, in comparison to Boba Enforcer and with Grapple Wire. Grapple Wire seems a bit too powerful as is. Perhaps making it like Corruption? If they make the save, they essentially break through the wire, if not, they're still tied up.

I like him except for 2 things: one, he needs stats
