I have decided to champion the mighty Shadowtrooper (notice my new avatar and sig) Shadowtrooper (Imperial) 17pts 60 hp 17 def +7 att 20 dmg Melee Attack Stealth FP 2 Lightsaber Block Stats aren't amazing, but remember that he is "non-unique" and a "trooper" so he is highly mutable. |

Melee; I toyed around with the ideas of giving him both a pistol and force grip/lightning. But I wanted to make certain he stayed reasonablly-priced and not too good, fundamentally, since he can be pimped out as a trooper and didn't want him to be over-powered post-CEs. Melee means that he'll have to go toe-to-toe with the big hitters and that helps even him out (I think). |

At that price, I'd probably drop his attack by one, or his defense by one. Just a hair good, when compared with other similar scale pieces... and "Trooper" is VERY powerful (as we all know)

Keep in mind that, right now, the only "trooper-CE" that would be cost- effective would be Piett's; their stealth makes FelSTO not very necessary, GV,Holo is waste on them, VaderIC doesn't stack with thrawn's and thrawn gives you a +3, swap and init control for less. I think pairing these guys with LV/Thrawn would be better and if that was over-powered, why don't we see more DS Adepts being played for 1pt less? |

I like it. Especially the fact that its a trooper. I think its accurately costed, with Piett and Thrawn, they can be a good piece if they were to make an actual Shadowtrooper. |
