Really hadn't thought about it, but while rummaging through some boxes in my closet, I came across a great (in my opinion) idea for a piece that can be used for spirit miniature proxies. I used to collect a vast amount of 3-3/4" action figures and there were many that came with 2" holograms. I found 2 of mine - both purple Palpatine - and I decided to mount him on a medium base and he fit perfectly. I am using him for my Exar Kun spirit that I had never adequately came up with a proxy for. They made many other spirits in colors red, blue, and purple of many figure such as Maul, Vader, Obi-Wan, and other Jedi. They sell very affordably on ebay, especially if you can get a lot of them. Just be sure not to get the regular 3-3/4" holograms. |
