Post subject:  Darth Caedus, Sith Commander
Ages ago, I made Darth Caedus custom stats that were very dated in terms of how the game has evolved. While making it, I foolishly tried to incorporate his vast knowledge of the force into 1 piece. With this, I aimed him to be more of a late stage incarnation where he was a brutal leader of a branch of the Galactic Alliance. Critique is welcome.

Commander Effect:
