A friend asked me today, "what kind of Luke Skywalker would you want to see?". I've seen Grandmaster Luke get completely destroyed by simple swarm teams, because of High point cost and inability to generate enough force points to protect himself. Stacked with Triple/Twin, he was forced to swing twice at a low HP piece and wasting damage. Luke Jedi Master from Universe could have worked with some tweeks, but that ship sailed long ago. Here is my take, combining aspects of both. Let me know what you think

Master Luke Skywalker
Cost: 95
Hp: 160
Def: 23
Atk: 16
Dam: 20

Special Abilities:
Unique, Quadruple Attack
Greater Mobile Attack
Djem-So Style Mastery
Parry

Force Powers:
Force 3
Force Renewal 2
Master of the Force 2
Force Leap
Lightsaber Deflect
Master Speed
Force Defense
Force Alter

Commander Effect:
Followers within 6 squares with a Force Rating gain +3 attack and +3 defense.

He's missing LS Sweep. Imagine if GMLS had Leap and Sweep, or if Luke JM had MotF2.... It almost brings a tear to the eye....

He has Greater-Mobile+Quadruple attack, so I didn't think he needed sweep.

I agree with you about how if JM had MotF2, or GM Luke has sweep he'd be good... Maybe a V-set will aid our Luke deficiency.

he's a little undercosted IMO.. closer to 100 or 105, just because of parry.

Thanks for the feedback, I bumped him to 95pts.

Yes, GMA-quad does mostly negate the need for Sweep.

It's just a pet peeve of mine, that when minis which are supposed to represent certain figs at the pinnacle of their power...end up missing the simple force powers which would make such a big difference in the character's effectiveness.

I think this Luke is fine, though playtesting would be necessary in order to determine accurate costing.
