Hmmm... I really like Ferus Olin, but I'm not great at 100 points. Here's something I came up with on the fly:

Ferus gets Greater Mobile, so he can move and deal 80 damage. If he betrays, the TBSV can shoot him for 60 damage (Twin from the Czerka, and Ferus will already be activated). Jax also gets Twin from the Czerka, so between the two of them you're doing some solid damage even without Ferus. Ferus can bodyguard Jax if needed.
If you want to play 200 points, I like this build:

5 solid threats between Dass, Ferus, Luke, TBSV, and ERC. Dass is dealing 160 damage to adjacent enemies when he uses his DK, and Luke can levitate him into place. Ferus bodyguards Luke and Dass to make up for their relatively low HP and Defense, and can also do a solid 80 damage with DT. Lots of damage potential, but attack values are a little low, so Wicket comes in with reinforcements.
I haven't really played with it much yet, but it seems promising.
