Can it work? Are there any minis that she would work well with in 100? Maybe Corran? Someone like Deliah? I don't know. Can anyone help?

There are a few fairly decent builds with Mara at 100 points. Do some searching around Bloomilk or the squad forums, and I'm sure you can find them. Honestly though, it's not THAT hard to figure out which build work best with her. Just think about what other pieces would help maximize her damage output, and which pieces would help either get her into battle quickly, or keep her alive once she is in battle.

I've always hoped that Garm could help her.. he is there for his reinforcements only. I'd think a Bothan Noble and a Rauntaun.

Best case senario is that Mara Assaults for 120, Bothan gives her another twin, and CF on one for 80 Damage. Thus Bane can die in 1 activation.

Can't Combine Fire on the Bothan-generated attack (I forgot that frequently as well). So it would have to be CF w/ Spotter on part of the Assault for 140 there, and then the Bothan lets you take another swipe for 60 more. Kills Bane either way though.

Can't CF on an immediate attack? I didn't know that!
EDIT: Actually, come to think of it, you can't CF on an AoO so it makes sense
