Hey everyone I had a question, and I wanted some opinions on it. I have both Han Solo Galactic Hero and Han Solo in Carbonite. A strategy I was thinking of was placing Han Solo in Carbonite on the field, then when I can, get one of my own characters to get beside him and bring Han Solo Galactic Hero into play. Bad thing is that to turn HSIC to HSGH I have to get a character beside him. I would love to have HSGH in play for only half the points, which I can then use to add in some solid backup characters. In what situation would it be best for me to use this strategy? Against beatstick heavy squads, ranged weapons squads or a combination of both? Don't be afraid to be honest. If its a stupid idea just tell me. I'm knew to the game so any criticsm is only going to help me. Thanks. Also if you can,i'd love to get some ideas on good squads I can place Han Solo in Carbonite in.

Hansickle only works with Rebel versions of Han.

not so you could have Jaina, then it works with the Galactic Hero also :p. Unfortunately in the new republic actually retrieving Han Solo in Carbonite is a pain in the butt.

Well, if you didn't have Jaina in your original squad idea, then it's up to you as to whether or not it's worth it. Han GH is 50, in carbonite he's 25, plus Jaina is back to 50. If you can actually free Han, you'll have a free Jaina in your squad. But your opponent will definitely make it hard to get him, especially since GH is a game-changing fig. I'd say not worth it, but it's your choice. Jaina is too fragile to be worth it IMHO.

We already had the discussion about freeing Hansickle. Three Caamsi Nobles totally shuts him down. 15 points to your 25 sounds like a good deal.

Place HSIC in a corner and then souround him with Camassi Nobles. Now noone can beside him. Just be sure to have other figs in your oponents line of sight.

It is extremely effective, it isn't 100% because most people would be bringing those in with Lobot, but how many games in your tournament environment does Lobot make an appearance in? I see him almost always twice, in 3 games.
