My next tourny will be 150 points. In an effort to not play the same squad every time I play I build a new squad for each tourny. I use MM to open a random booster from each set. I then pick one of the R/VR as the starting point of the squad and build from there.

I picked IG-88 who can be fun to use, still can be somewhat competitve and allows any kind of faction build around him. That's quite a fun way to begin building squads. I usually just look at the minis and see which ones I haven't used in a long time. I may have to try the random option. Gotta finish playing all the FU figures first.

If you haven't played with Gree much, there are some hilariously awesome trooper builds you can do with him. Put with Queen Amidala, and CC Bacara, and a slew of Elite Clone Troopers, you can mobile in, attack somebody adjacent with Bacara's +10 damage CE, then Mobile attack away with no Attack of Opportunity. :P

Gree, Amidala, Cody and Utapau troopers are fun as well since all the Troopers get Accurate Shot.

I went with Iggy as well; he's still fun to play and he's not going to piss off your opponent like Boba, BH. Challenge yourself :)

I usually open boosters from a set until I get a R/VR I haven't used yet, but I was too tired last night so I just listed the first one from each set whither I'd used it before or not.

IG-88 could be interesting. I've only used him once (Dynamic Duos) since every time I've had the 37 to use him Aurra was the better choice for the squad.

I've played Gree once, but that was only to bring WFF into the Republic. I've never tried him as a Clone Commander. I like the ECT idea, but I don't think my 5 of them qualifies as a slew.

Luke on TaunTaun, pair him up with Obi-Wan, FG and Yoda of Dagobah for almost unlimited crits. Don't forget the Chargrain!
