My initial thought on this is its a lot like the recent map discussions. That initial role to decide who plays which squad could be the biggest one in the game. The person who has to play thier Unique squad against an all Bounty Hunter squad will be at a big disadvantage.
I'm not sure if I'll be playing this week, but if I do my thinking is the best thing I could do is show up with one squad of Unique Bounty Hunters and they would be my squad no matter how the roll goes. If I win I get the advantage of playing my hunters against a squad of uniques. If I lose its a pretty even hunter vs hunter game.
Disclaimer: I'm not asking anyone to build my squad for me. This is only for general discussion and for anybody who is looking for some home rules ideas for thier own games. When possible I will try to update the thread with how the games went.
