well in middle july I was thinking about a tournament that would be 150 DCI it would on a saturday.The event would be 4-5 rounds. then hopefully later that night a playoff or later in the week. The tournament would cost 5 dollars via paypal. what you would have to have is Vassal,Skype and a headset. I dont know who the Judge or the TO would be thats why its called an idea. What is a good start since this will go longer than the reg vassal tournaments. It will be like a mini vassal championship. What do you guys thing? |

Count me in! I need to play atleast 2 tournaments before Indy, either way it'll be great sitting across from someone & telling them that's my first weekend in a live tournament  (For SWM, that is). Just let me know, it'd be fun.Saturday's work great for me, but I get off M-F at 4:15 Alaska Time which is 8:15 pm eastern, so typically I'm out on the M-F stuff, sorry. As well keep me posted for "Any" online Vassal Tournaments, I really want to get adjusted to tournament play. Thanks guys |

Actually, a lot of time, anything that starts on a week-night usually doesn't kick off till 8:30 EST or so anyways. Just keep an eye on the Vassal or Competitive sections here for the announcements when Jonny or Dean are going to run one. Otherwise, there's been a LOT more activity on Vassal lately, so anytime after 8:30 EST, you can almost always find several of us on there. As for your idea Jonny....I love it. Saturday would work great. Maybe schedule it to start at 1pm EST or something like that. Not too terribly early for the west coasters, but early enough that the east coasters won't be up till midnight trying to get it finished. |

there is going to be a SWMGAMERS.com Championship and a July event which is meant to get people ready for gen con with JA . So Fool I would like the prizes for either one your pick. |

Count me in jonny. The only problem with me not attending would be a church camp I have sometime in july but I don't think that it will be a big problem. |
