I will again be running the DCI-sanctioned 150-point SWM tournament at MegaCon in Orlando on Sunday, March 1, at 11 a.m. (please arrive earlier for registration).

Prizes for the top three players will be provided. Standard DCI rules apply. Please be sure to bring a DCI-legal map and your DCI card. (If you don't already have a DCI card, one will be provided to you at the event.)

The convention runs Friday, Feb. 27, through Sunday, March 1. Single day and multi-day tickets are available. It will be held this year at the Orange County Convention Center, Hall D (which is a different hall than what is listed on the DCI event page).

Some updates for this event:

MegaCon is being held in Hall D, and the SWM event will be in Room 221C near that hall.

Prize support is as follows:

First place receives the SWM Clone Wars Battle Pack.
Second place receives two SWM Clone Wars boosters.
Third place receives one SWM Clone Wars boosters.


Once again, the tournament entry fee is $5. In addition, even though we aren't playing in the main hall, each player must have a valid convention wristband or badge...we are required to confirm this before allowing players to register.


The new DCI Floor Rules will be in effect by the date of this event, so more maps will be legal and the new initiative rule will be used.
