I haven't been on vassal in a while, and the last time I tried I couldn't get the program to load correctly - (I just bought a new PC in August) so I kind of gave up on it.

Are all the new sets loaded? What about maps? I may be ready to come back to Vassal, but am just wondering what all I need to download...

Oooh, we'll see. I'm in a play at church this weekend, but I think it should be over around 7:30 ish. Don't wait for me, obviously.

Well, I was about to ask a question about whether any of the new maps had been loaded into Vassal yet, but since we'll be going by the official DCI rules, none of the newest maps would be legal anyways. Nevermind!

Same maps as before. All the figs are updated to Clone Wars and NickName threw in a couple of new things like reinforcement bars on the figs.

I should be around as I have no life and have to go to sleep about 8pm on Saturday anyway (EST) so I can probably stay up for 4 rounds. However, since I am at work, I can't dictate what I am playing until later on when I get access to both squad making and DCI number. This will be my first on-line tournament.

As for the delightful decision on what Competitive level, I'll leave that up to the masses. I have two sets of teams and if the consensus is Gencon Level, then I pick from team list B.

This is the second time I had to cancel however this time I had a good reason: I had to reinstall Vassal and somehow-whether its a new java version or just a bad load-all of my maps and mods were wiped out. You know how much of a fun time it is trying to get map packs to work the first time. Kind of ruined my need to play when I had to go back, redownload Vassal, Java and had to lose my maps. Still irked about it really.
