Oooh, I should be able to do it. I just fixed my computer by dropping $200 on a 1 TB hard drive. Sucks that I (might have probably) lost everything on my old hard drive but at least I've a got a smurfload of space to use ^_^

Hmm...I may be interested, but once again, can we start earlier than 9pm EST? Even for three rounds, that's looking at 1am to finish at the earliest. I have to be up early on Sunday mornings. Most of us work normal weekday jobs, so starting a bit earlier on Saturday shouldn't be a problem, right?

I'd sure like to play but I'm having trouble downloading all the extra frakkin map packs. Can anyone help me with that or point me in the right direction? If so I'll sign up!

What problem are you having?

I don't seem to be downloading the packs correctly. When I load the SWM module & look for the maps on the list they are not there. I find the directions difficult to understand. I'm just not good at that kind of stuff.

DarthRaven: Are they being stored in the appropriate folder SWMinis_ext? Just save them in that folder and unzip them there as well. Make sure that any references to Vassal 3.0 are just changed to Vassal.

Make sure that the folder heirarchy is Vassal (primary)- then SWMinis_ext. And keep the swminis.mod file outside of the SWMinis_ext folder but in the Vassal folder.
So it should be:
Vassal (store SWMinis.mod here)
|
v
-->SWMinis_ext (store map zips and unzips (.mdx) here)

Also, you don't really need to download the TLT pack if you don't want to. Slowly its becoming superfluous.


I wish I could help out further but I am on company PC and cannot put the program on it. Something about national security and such.

Dnemiller: Can you put me down as a gametime decision or at least 5pm EST. I have to work and dropping some minis off at a buyer. So, I won't be able to create anything until then. So, put me down at position 20 on the list. My schedule is wonky and I won't know anything until about that time. DCI number is also currently at home.

Its basically what was already said to you, just in a picture format lol. If you're still having problems we'll keep on trying to help you (anything to get more blood on Vassal, heh)...
