Okay, I know that there are no faction restrictions in a Sealed Game. I also know that huge pieces lose rigid. The only rule I thought I had seen at one time yet cannot find again (realize I could have been hallucinating) is: if you have a CE which says, "Rebel Followers" or "Imperial Followers," does the faction restriction stay in effect, or is it dropped? As in, would all followers in a Boba MC squad gain Accurate?

Specific restrictions in a Commander Effect still stay in effect, so if you pull Boba in the LOTF Sealed events, you'll need one of the other Mandalorians as well to make use of his CE. Luckily, Boba's CE is hardly even necessary for him to be worth his 57 points. :D

Luckily, for this set, looks like only Boba and the RC Training Sargent have CEs which are character/faction specific. Though I guess you could consider the RCTS's SA and the Vong Shaper's SA to be fairly specific as well. But all the other CEs affect either general 'followers' or 'characters'.

I went through the DCI floor rules again and there is only mention of the Rigid and Faction rules. That is it. My interpretation of this is that the CE's regulate themselves. ie Boba says Mandalorian followers and so on, so I am not seeing why they would need to address this in the rules because the card is already telling you what you can and can't do in regards to who the effect works on or does not.

I haven't checked the stats recently so I don't know if there's anything like it in this set, but I think A&E had a rebel who's CE worked on "Trooper followers" so if you had him his CE would work on your Stormtroopers and Death Star Troopers.

Homer is correct, In A&E you could pull elite Hoth Troopers with Darth Vader Imperial Commander and they are still trooper followers, but specifics such as Rebel Followers ( Princess Leia's CE) only worked with Rebels who were followers, so If you pulled Leia and Mara, you were stoked, but you lost to Leia Landspeeder.
