Ooo, excellent, I have a good friend living in Barrie, if you'll be hosting SWM tournies, he'll be there.. oh yeah and buying your minis too... sent him the info, and I be checking out your website as I speak. Hurray for some Canada Love!!!

Any chance you'll have an online inventory I can order from someday? I live about 3 hrs away..

Well i'll be certainly glad to see a new face come out for Tuesday night DCI mini's.

and OHyeah, Rob (fatman_fubar) does run tournies for SWM. Every Tuesday is DCI mini's night. He's still fighting to get us our kits though..

LOL and waterloo is only 3 hrs away if you drive REALLY slowly. or try to take the main highway. I used to get there from barrie in under 2.

heh, I guess it is like only 2 hours then.. and the store is practically across the road from where my good friend Kevin lives. Perhaps you know him if you play at the store in the mall often, he shows up sometimes there, the name of the store eludes me.. is it 401K? I don't remember...
So you live in around Barrie? perhpas you'll let me in on your route that you've found to be the quickest from waterloo to Barrie..maybe I'd make it up for a game night :D

Most folk would say take 401 then switch to the 400, but honestly. I never found that faster as you can kill a good hour on em inside the GTA.

my fav route was always 85 up to the 6th, follow that up to Arthur, then pop onto 9, take that past Orangville till you hit the 400, then your past all the 400 series congestion and it's smooth sailing into barrie (and the duckworth exit for the DCI shop).

It sounds crazy, but i always found it faster as when your not in a town you can book along at 90 easy and you'll rarely hit traffic, just not the best choice in winter.

Okay so your buddy lives off Bayfield street, and your talking about Vince's store "Sir games-alot". it's a decent shop, but he really dosn't give the gamers any luv. Yeah he gives free game space and days for all the major games, but he runs SWM tournaments rarely and well. Only reason i go there now is his signal's cabinet (which he's a thief on) or for a action figure for a collection (the bulk of his biz is collectibles)

Fox is correct on Sir Games Alot, its too bad we don't get much luv but there are some excelllent options for trades with the other players in that store (assuming they show up :/).

I like both stores and having two just makes it more possible to play different meta environments, which adds some spice to the mix. ^^

Going to Toronto to DG still is the most epic level for a tournament as I've seen but baring getting the promos up in Barrie, thats pretty much expected.
