So an update here.... John Grant has not given my LGS owner the green light to resubmit the tournament results, but the LGS owner isn't sure that Grant will ever do that anyway... so should I urge him to re-submit now? It's been 10 days since Grant said he'd have the problem fixed.

I'd keep hassling them. Pick some kind of schedule like once every week, 10 days, or 2 weeks and keep asking until its fixed. Sometimes being a bit of a pest is the only way to get something done.

With DCI, being a pest is the ONLY way to get things done, IMO. I noticed that the batch of games from our store are still showing as 'Returned' as well, so I'm going to bug our Tourney Organizer tonight about it.

So I went into the LGS to play today with all my new LotF minis and the LGS owner tells me that DCI is giving him the run-around on getting him set up to sanction SWM still. They won't talk to him on the phone and they are sending him cryptic emails.... he's just about at whit's end over this... so I was wondering... is there anything I can do to help him out?

you can send in complaints via DCI directly( I reccomend no less than 2 a week, that's how I got things done when Ian Richards was "in Charge")
there is an option where you can attach files
use it to include your "Proof" and email examples
some intern in the pool will answer you non-descriptly at first.. but then pester for MORE Specific details and a RESULT in the follow-up message
