hi, don´t know, if it belongs here, but I would like to ask, what is the differerence between maps from ultimate missions: rebel storm and DCI kit? On holocron I read that only maps from DCI kit are legall.

There are several terrain features that are not correct for Tournament play

some doors are missing, "Stairs" are not properly marked and the "Shed" has an incorrect line arrangement in the interior

Yeah, unfortunately, the maps that came in the Rebel Storm Ultimate Missions book do not have the yellow lines marking out the 'difficult terrain' on several of the stairs. Wizards re-issued these maps later in DCI League Kits that were sent out to the game stores that regularly participate in DCI events.

If you are able to find a DCI legal version of the map (either a picture, or borrow it from a friend or something) then you can just use a highlighter or a marker to add the necessary lines to your map from the UM book.

hmm problem is nobody has the map here, as DCI kits were never available. I will try to compare them with pictures on holocron. Thanks for replies

as I said, ther is some key terrain features that are diffrent- nothing major that can't be "penned in"
but the biggest is the "shed" on the Mos Eisley map therre is a magenta line sequence that is diffrent that matters when you are using dbl door control and attacking from that end...

otherwise just know that ther are also "windows" that need to be ignored and treated as solid walls

there are ebay auctions often enough that have the maps for a reasonable price
