Most players choose the Luke Pillot Unleashed- why not for the points he's probably the best choice (IMO)
I chose the Snow Speeder and Omar choose Loda

Good series of games-
supprisingly 2 players opted for the Flucian Rancor to accompany Luke-
while NOT suprisingly- the Troop cart and the Rebel Repeater also were played by many as well as the Assassin droid

I opted for the Vornsker, figuring on many of the Luke options to have deflect- but also to utilize the additional poison and Paralysis

The first tourny I won at my LGS was one with a house rule that every piece had MOTF2. Everyone else showed up with squads packed with the big name force users. I brought a squad of Bounty Hunters and Jedi Hunters and tore through them.

That was part of my intention-
I had some "baby blues" going on at my house and forgot my squad sheet
I had intended to use the Ithorian Commander to help further boost the Vornskers
- but put in an E hoth trooper-
which in the end, did just fine

I din't actually get to play Lobostele- and with several "Drops" at the 3 round we didn't get a 4th round and "Good play off"

Better than my record this week. We got a blanket of the chilly white stuff so I couldn't even make it to the store where I play. I'm sorry I didn't get to see how my Luke & Obi force pushing squad would have done.

Bryan, next time our out, I'm more than happy to play off our last game.

Oddly enough, I didn't have ANY of the pieces you mentioned in your first post. :P

I played
Luke's Landspeeder
WFF x3
AA x3
Ithorian Commander
Twi'lek Rebel Agent
Ugo x2

The Spotter +20 with Luke's Speeder and the Wookiees was devastating. I had to play against Golan turrets in two different games, but one was dead in my first activation of Round 2, the other game it was dead in my first activation of Round 3. And I couldn't believe I was the only person with a Rebel Trooper on Tauntaun. It was the only piece we could use to help with Initiative, and it's only 13 points, AND it has Spotter. They are incredible little buggers.

The thing is, MOTF2 isn't that great if that character doesn't have force renewal, or else the character will just run out of fp's extremly quickly.
