Location - Sage's Shoppe West Lafayette, IN Saturday, 4 January 2014: Star Wars Miniatures tournament, 11 am-4 pm Cost $10 (Charity tournament in support of local Boy Scout Troop 337)--[150 pts, 45 minute rounds]. Top prize: Jeff Carlisle autographed sketchbook with a Han Solo sketch. You would know Jeff's work if you ever played a JWM. There will also be a reroll jar. Pay a minimum of $1 and get a reroll you can always pay more, it is going for a good cause. If you ave already rerolled with a force point you will not be able to use this. It will also not effected by any SA or Force Powers |

A good day of gaming. Great prizes - Thanks Matt F. and all who donated - the impending snowstorm kept down attendance for minis, but we had like 12 or so for X-Wing in the evening. I won the 150 minis in the morning going 3-0 with 9 points. Ran: 11 geo drones. new Cad, new Aurra, Greedo, R7, 2 mouse droids, uggie, Muun tactics, Poggle. Went really well and had no real close games. MTB made the difference and Cad, Aurra, and Greedo being able to go 12 and shoot was money. Played everyone once - Chris F., Les, and Tom. A great little day of gaming for a good cause. Thanks to Les for hosting and rounding up great prizes and the Sage's shop for hosting (they have a great shop...lots of space and most importantly lots of products.) |
