Has anyone noticed a size creep in IE. My Elite Rebel Commando Pathfinder is HUGE, are they supposed to be that way

Huge compared to what? I have noticed over the last year or so that the Large size bases have been getting bigger. But they still only take up 2x2 squares, so maybe it's just that the older ones were too small. Then again, the Sandtrooper in COTF had an enormous head, but the reprinted one in IE is actually smaller. Point being....there's always slight difference in scale. Are you new to the game? If so, you'll learn to ignore the scale differences after a few sets.

I'm not new to the game, someone posted a pic of Darth Vader LotF's head placed on Darth Vader from CotF, IE head looked insane |
