You might be screwed against NR with Han and/or Kyle Katarn. Everything else = win.

84 Exar Kun
57 Ugnaught Demolitionist x19
30 Ugnaught Boss x2 (So they give each other Self-Destruct 10, and having a back-up is always a good idea.)
24 R7 x3
05 Camaasi Noble

26 characters, 13-15 phases at the start of the game. That might be enough to counteract most opponents running tempo control, and as they kill your Ugs, they explode. So the goal is to put them in hiding and base the opponent as fast as possible. It really screws the lancer/yobuck style squads, or anything that is melee heavy. It can mess with the B&B swap stuff too, as it cuts down on how much damage output the heavy hitters can accomplish each turn.

I would probably choose Train Station as my map for this. Triple Override on the doors will really slow the opponent down.

lol

This squad is hilarious

You could always trade out a few uggies for a couple ugnaughts droid destroyers. Then you have a couple guns.

The only thing that would scare me is that with that many characters, it will be hard to spread all your guys out enough so that a deep strike by R2 or Ganner or swap would cause you to lose half your squad before you can even get them up there.

Fun. I have also been thinking about an Ugnaught squad.

Updated:

84 Exar Kun
30 Ugnaught Demolitionist x10
27 Lobot
18 Lando, Dashing Scoundrel
16 R7 x2
15 Ugnaught Boss x1
10 Swoop Gang Bike

18 activations, triple override, and reinforcements means MTB + Ugs, bringing the total to 23. Lando is there as a back-up shooter, and the Swoop Gang Bike's role is a well-known staple concept in the squad.

No thoughts of one Kel dor to assist with the NR disruptive matchup?

The Lobot build at least gives you the option to bring one in as reinforcements, but at the expense of the MTB.

I would probably bring it in as a reinforcement.
