This is a semi fun squad that i put together that i think could do half way well. It puts almost all the power into one character, which is generally bad, but it might work pretty well, especially considering the back-up. Master Windu 65pts GM Yoda 55pts R2/Mas 17pts Queen Amidala 16pts x3 Antarian Rangers 33pts x2 Rodian Diplomats 8pts x2 Ugs 6pts 200pts 12 activations Mace is pretty much the Hause of the squad, doing most of the dirty work. His greatest asset will be his 25 base defense, 29 in cover. The rangers will have a healthy +14 to do damage before Mace gets there. Mace with his renewal 2 will have plenty of force to reroll/riposte/repulse. With a 19 ATK he wont miss much either. Thoughts? It is meant more as fun, but i think it could do alright otherwise because of the Rangers solid shooting and the sheer difficulty of hitting Mace. |

I commend you for trying to get something out of this Mace. The funny thing is that this guy is barely better than the Mace Windu brought out in CS when melee pieces were all over costed. You've got the right idea boosting his defence because he has no defensive abilities at all but i'm not sure what a 25 D is gonna do for him when your looking at getting hit by Cade Bane at +20 A or droids with +21 or Han with +18s. I guess i like what your getting at i'm just so totally underwhelmed by this Mace i don't really know what to say. TO me he seems like a swap piece, a tough repulising piece that can repulse once every 2 rounds or something that can shatterpoint a troublesome beatstick to ensure damage (even though it only adds +20 dmg per round to him). However, what your doing might be better as if you swap in and don't stun enough with the repulse he's "gonna git raped". |
