So first squad thought with Ganner:

Shado Vao 48
Mara Jade, Jedi 45
W/Luke, FS 10
Ganner Rhysode 29
Lobot 27
Wedge 23
Dodonna 9
3xMouse 9
200

10 activations

Reinforcements probably a BG and 3 Ugos, more if needed.


My question to myself right now is whether or not this is better:

Shado 48
Mara 45
Ganner 29
Talon Karrde 24
Wedge 23
Dodonna 9
R7 8
Camaasi 5
3xUgos 9

11 activations.


Seems like the first squad is missing disruptive badly and the cheapest NR option is Talon, whose Recon, Reserves, and Disruptive is a nice cheap inclusion.

However activations are a concern in the second one.

I went with Mara and Shado over Kyle because they don't need a TBSV to reach full damage and they can hit their max damage potential by themselves, no CEs required.

Thoughts? I want to work up a Kyle JBM/Kyp/Shooter version as well.

I like ur first squad better. Lobot bringing people in could be huge. Depending on what map ur playing on and what kind of squad ur facing u could bring in t3-m4 and a ugh flamethrower and double override could be cool

One question - Why Shado? Is he a fig you are wanting to use, or is it because you think he will do good? The reason i ask is because i think you might be better with Kol. You lose the GMA, which i love, but you have more HP, same stats, and the same force powers pretty much all for 10pts less. Losing deflect isnt such a big deal when you have evade. I like the attempt to use Talon for both recon and disruptive, but he isnt "needed".

To be honest, Yoda FS could be fun to work into your bottom squad and Shado.

I honestly don't think you're utilizing Ganner very well in this squad. I would agree with going with Kol instead of Shado for that reason alone. You don't need GMA if you can Levitate someone into position for a Double/Triple. This would also be a reason why it might good to go with Kyle JBM instead of Shado too. Get your disruptive, and a Triple Attacker that can be levitated wherever you need. Plus, he still has Assault for those times where you can't quite get him into levitation position.

Overall, when I look at both of your squads, I don't see enough beef, to be honest. Both Shado and Mara drop like rocks against the right enemies. Once Shado is out of FPs, he goes down in a heartbeat because of his low HP. At least that's always been my experience. And Mara can get annihilated by a good non-melee opponent. I definitely think you need the beefier Kyle or Kol in there.

Ive tested Ganner with dash/jag and with mara to great success on vassal. Mara basicly has a 18 square kill zone for her LSA and dash at +14 via jagged can really put the hurt on someone. Han GH is another fun option. Heres what ive been running

45 Mara
38 Kol
29 Ganner
28 Dash
23 Wedgf
10 Jagged
9 Dodonna
8 R7
x3 Uggies.

Kol tanks and protects dash. Mara for cunning, Dash for opp. Works out pretty well for me hope that helps.
