I hope the double rapport thing works, from reading the FAQ and some threads, I believe it will.

My main question is about Queen Amidala...is there perhaps a better use for the points I would spend on her here? Obviously other feedback is welcome.

Yeah, you've only got 2 pieces in there to benefit from Amidala's Rapport and CE, so I don't think she's the best fit overall. If you take her out, you could get one more (Elite) militia instead. Also, the Czerka scientist isn't really doing THAT much for you here, especially if you end up dropping Amidala.

Overall, it looks like a fairly fun squad. Kota's Repulse is notoriously difficult to pull off, especially against good players, but this should be a fairly good Tier 2 squad.

Say I lose Amidala and the Czerka. I then have, what, 27pt to play with. Any suggestions?

If you go that route lose the two Militia as well. Then add in 3 Elite Militia and another brute for extra swap options. That leaves you at 199 so if you have R2 I would really suggest swapping him in for the R7.

You need R2, Astromech droid. The Doombot will tow Kota into range for his repulse to work like a charm hopefully. Of course this means that R2 will probably die, but if it takes out a ton of enemy peices its worth it. If you have a R7 and R2 together, the double override is always nice.
