Certainly is an old concept, but now that GOWK is back.. so are the babes!

GOWK
Luminara JM
Barriss JK
Dash Rendar RS
Capt. Panaka
R2 Astromech
Mouse Droid
Uggy x2
Rodian Brute x2

200 pts 11 acts

We've got 2 beefy melee attackers with a defense of 28/27 respectively and attack of +19/+17. Lots of ranged negation with SSM, SS, Deflect and Evade! Suffers to Melee with only Luminara having deflect, but Panaka's BG should cover for something! Swap keeps the unwounded and doublers up and in the front. No Mas as Panaka is going to be up the action. I could see this squad standing well to YoBuck and to Cad Swap. A little low on activations IMO, but thats nothing new. Thoughts on competitiveness?

I really like the concept behind the squad. The only thing I might CONSIDER doing differently would be swap Panaka for Padme, Senator, and using Dash as a cannon as well...not sure though which way in the current Meta will get you best damage/survivability though...

I played around with this squad idea a few days back. GOWK and the ladies are really good together. I might be tempted to put Mas in because Luminara has Master Speed, which makes her a prime target for swapping, but overall i think its necessary. Its a good idea to have Panaka in the action, so keep the configuration you have, and don't worry about Mas. The Mouse should be plenty enough to provide swaps and bonuses. Good squad and I think its got potential for being competitive. The 11 activations may hurt, but in the long run your swapping will kill of the opponents activations, while keeping yours safe so it all evens out.

I strongly considered having Padme in there as an option instead of Panaka. But in the end I felt that swap (even if its limited to 6 squares, that's where the action is!) and Bodyguard out-weighed the chance to have Dash shoot twice more, or have one of the ladies take a swing.
