rodian brute x2
Did really well going 3-0. The only real test came against Boris who was play a GOWK, Zukuss, JWM, Dash squad. We played on ravaged base and I was rolling hot he wasnt making saves . I think two JWM was better than Shaak Ti. Still needs plenty of tinkering and testing
I played a little more aggressively than I normally do against you, but watching you roll double digits with Rex against my JWMs while I rolled single digits on saves sure didn't help. I should have just gone for the 2-point win (if it had come to that) while I made you come to me instead of chasing your pieces down only to get slaughtered. I finished 3rd, but only because I got paired down in round 2 (meaning I had to play the 0-1 player, for people who don't follow Swiss lingo). If I had played the guy who finished second, I'm pretty sure I could have beat him with my squad.
EDIT: By the way, my squad was
55 General Obi-Wan Kenobi
52 Jedi Weapon Master x2
35 Zuckuss, Bounty Hunter
28 Dash Rendar, Renegade Scoundrel
10 Camaasi Noble x2
09 R2-D2, Astromech Droid
08 R7 Astromech Droid
03 Ugnaught Demolitionist
I felt like it was missing something throughout the entire tournament but I really don't know what I could change. Jason's version left Zuckuss on the sideline, but I believe that to be a mistake at an event like the regional or the championship. The ability to lock down one key character per round, to remove it from participation in the game, that is too important not to have. The only game where Snare Rifle didn't really mean all that much was in the one against Jason. And that would include all of the games I played with him in the original "Return of the King" squad I posted last month.
