I was trying to come up with a competitive 200 point squad with Cade, and I have two squad ideas:
Caded Battlemaster
Cade, BH 61
KK, JBM 54
Lobot 27
Wedge 23
Luke, FS 10
Dodonna 9
3xMouse 9
2xUgos

Reinforcements:

Basically Cade and Kyle Greater Mobile around to beat up the enemy. Kyle will control the middle of the board, probably guarding Gambit. I would stick Luke on Kyle in most games to reroll Evades and move 8 and Grenade. Putting him on Cade would accomplish similar things because he can Force Heal Kyle for 40, which is nuts if you can get it done a few things.

Now obviously this one is more competitive IMO. It is really hard to kill a squad full of Pushing, Mobile, Evading, and Force Reroll/Renewal on the big 3.
I am unsure as to the map for the Rebel one, but I like Throne Room for the Cade/Kyle squad.
