I would love feedback.
The squad looks decent... on paper, but I think you will have problems with it on the table.
First of all, kill Lobot with the MTB? You are going to hand your opponent 27 free points just to win initiative. IMO that is a really, really bad idea. And I think after you do that once or twice, you will agree.
Anyway, there's a lot that has to happen to make the squad work correctly (meaning consistently beat GOWK builds in all forms).
1. The Kel Dors are not a solution to GOWK. You have to base them against GOWK, which means moving the correct number of squares so that you don't end up within 6 of GOWK or a shooter before they are able to move adjacent for the MTB play. And you have to do it all 3 times. Odds are against you that you will be able to do that.
2. You are on the clock with this combo. You have at best, 8 rounds, to pull off the combo. After that, you start looking at some hard decisions. A good player running GOWK will know how to make you go 5 or 6 of those rounds without doing much of anything.
3. Only against someone who doesn't know what he/she is doing will you pull off a lightning strike with Kyle against GOWK. And certainly not more than once. Lightning for 20, then survive 6-8 attacks from adjacent range for a total 160 damage, plus a FP3 or a double strike from GOWK. Even with disruptive, the build I normally play would allow me to still only need 6's from Dash, and/or 8's from Rex/JWM.
4. Kyp is a liability. Once he gains Savage (and yes I know that you have a Varactyl to counter that), he is worthless until he bases and you get to take the first turn. It's a similar problem to the one you face with the Kel Dors. You have to count perfectly, and hope that your opponent miscounts. Kyp will probably never be within 6 of GOWK or Rex or Dash or Boba BH, at least not at the start of a turn. And even if he is, well that's a FP5 for the Mouse Droid/Ugnaught, since it is the closer (meaning legal) target.
5. I don't understand the purpose of the Czerka. To give the Kel Dors and Wedge Twin Attack? IMO there are better ways to spend that 13 pts. Another Kel Dor would go a lot further than the Scientist, especially if you are mainly running them for the purpose of SD40.
Here is my 200 pt. GOWK build. Grab a friend who knows how to play and try it out.
55 GOWK
33 Captain Rex
28 Dash RS
26 JWM
13 Kel Dor BH
11 Human Bodyguard
09 R2, Astromech Droid
08 Wicket
05 Camaasi Noble
06 Mouse Droid x2
06 Ugnaught x2
