How do you think this squad sounds?

Thrawn's Scouts
Thrawn (Mitth'raw'ouroudo) 32
Darth Vader, Scourge of the Jedi 55
Scout Trooper x4 32
Czerka Scientist 13
Moff Nyna Calixte 19
Mas Ammeda 8
Admiral Ozzel 11
Gran Raider 4
Ugnaught Demolitionist x4 15
Lobot, Computer Liaison Officer 15

200 points on the dot. 16 acts I also have Ozzel so I should out activate most everyone for my opporunist with my scouts and Vader. My plan is to run Rancor Pit choice of side being left and then get my Gran up into that cover spot and swap him out with Vader. Vader can attack against an activated at 22 for 40 damage per swing. Then if he he gets attacked he can Djem so back at 22 for 40 you can also riposte for extra damage. The scouts are twinning at +9 for 20 probly not going to hit much but can bring in Wicket with reserves from Lobot. If you get reserves you can bring in 2 Dignitarys and another scout. From Lobot bring in some Grans and Wicket for sure and possibly another czerka if needed.

Why not instead of the scouts, go with 2 Kel Dors and 8 points of whatever. they still get to twin, but are much more likely to hit and provide a nice boom!

I agree. Go with Kel Dor BH's instead. For the same 32 points you can do 2 KDBH's and 2 Ugos, keeping your activations at the same level. You'll have to be careful with the Czerka on the Rancor Pit map. If you do get the left side, there's not many places you can hide her AND keep within 6 of the KDBH's. Could work, but may not be the best map overall.

What do you think would be a good map to run this on?

This is the problem with SS. Non-stealth figs are always the target, especially ones like the Czerka Scientist who has to stay within 6 to be of any real benefit.
