This is a squad Luke_Skywalker and I were working on last night. Im thinking of playing this at the 200pt this coming Monday at our lgs

Han, RH 35/35
Boba, Merc 58/93
Deliah Blue 33/126
Dodonna 9/135
Lobot 27/162
2-1B 17/179
7x Ugo 21/200

Map choice: probably Throne room

Lobot options would under most circumstances would be MTB+Gonk or Lando DS if they are out activating or have NTMTO.

This will obviously have a large problem with superstealth.

Suggestions/comments?

Certainly not a bad build, as the Han RH/Boba Merc combo is just plain nasty. Be sure that if you do bring in MTB+Gonk that you try to work things where the Gonk can give Boba a 3rd attack. That's always fun. :D

I personally like to squeeze Garm into these kinds of builds, to allow Boba to Intuition out, takes his shots, and then move back into hiding, but that's personal preference I guess. Boba Merc is just a bit on the fragile side, and if he has to stick his neck out there the whole round, he'll usually get pounded a little bit.

You also might look at dropping 5 Ugos for the Ugo Boss, and then bring in MTB and 4 Ugos with Lobot instead. You'd still have 9 base activations, which is pretty decent.

2-1B is an interesting choice here, and I'm not saying it's a wrong choice, but it's definitely different. I'd probably rather have more Ugos or something instead. In fact, you could drop 2-1B for the Ugo Boss, and then change an Ugo to a Caamasi Noble if you wanted to.

We were trying to get Garm in there for the reason you specified, but it wasnt working with getting more than 2 main attackers. 2-1B was basically our solution to that problem. Since Boba has to stick his neck out, then he can get healed hopefully every round.

I can still see putting Garm in, but in doing that, I see this turning into a Jango/Turret squad.

The problem I have with the Ugo boss, is that if I leave any Ugos adjacent to anything and they get shot, then Im taking dmg, instead of just losing a 3pt piece. Might have to try it both ways on this.

Haha...then don't leave Ugos adjacent to anything other than your enemies. :P

Seriously though, that's half the fun of using the Ugo Boss....running Ugs up next to your opponent and wiping out his scrubs for free when you use the MTB at the beginning of each round. Otherwise, you keep your Ugos hidden safely in a corner somewhere, but not next to each other.

When you don't have garm out there Boba Fett is going to take some damage, and this really cannot be avoided. I like having 2-1b in there because his healing is SO potent. He also becomes a target to take the heat off of Boba, Han, and Deliah for a bit. I really think that 2-1B has earned his spot in the rebel faction. Especially in squads where you have the ability to retreat into a corner by such means as Intuition and Flight. Although admittedly he is at his best when paired with Chewbacca Rebel Hero.
