12 Activations is okay, I guess, but wish I could fit more in. It's got a little bit of init control; door control; a heavy accurate shooter and Loda to charge and run interference. Are there ways I can improve it? Thanks for any input.

I think Loda is the perfect interference runner for a Han Cannon. Good job.

Do you really need two Rauntauns? I'd drop one, upgrade R2 to R2PO, and add another Ugnaught.

Another option would be to exchange both Rauntauns and a Mon Cal for Admiral Ackbar and 3 more Ugnaughts/Ewoks for activation fodder. Ackbar has more HP than a Rauntaun, and he can make sure Han is always shooting at +13 and Juno is shooting at +9. (Plus maybe another +4 after combining fire).

I was thinking of using the RAuntauns to CF on Han's twin attacks, upping his Damage even more. But Ackbar probably is better.

Your squad won't need Rantuans, put in Lobot so he can bring in an MTB and Gonk droid. Also make sure you have at least 8 fodder pieces. This way you will have init control for a while which will help with Han Scoundrel getting cunning attack, also I think you should take out R2 and Juno and put in R2 3PO.
