Exar Kun 84
Lobot 27
Lando, Dashing Scoudrel 18
Caamasi Noble 5 x 13
Ugnaught Demolitionist 3 x 2

So its similar to the Exar bikes in that it focuses on Transfer Essence, but I think the Nobles will work better since if I have more than one in LOS of the opponent, they won't be able to target them so I can have the Nobles go anywhere almost without them getting shot, Lando will act as a mobile shooter, Lobot brings in an MTB and 4 more ugs. I could also have the Nobles block passages. Then when I get the noble up to an enemy beatstick at the end of the round, I'll just have Exar transfer into one of em, if I start losing fodder I'll just have Exar Transfer into the MTB. I think it could work. So what do everyone think of it?

I love it, it's so insane. Your transfer fodder can't be touched, and you have soooo many. Range support is not too great, but will serve it's purpose. Man that will hard to beat, you just gatta keep exar hidden. Maybe bring in a Med Droid instead of the ugs if you don't need them.
Otherwise, great job! :lsfight:

Looks like it might be competitive and fun to play. I wouldn't want to see this squad on the other side of the table just because it'd be such a pain to work to the figs you need to to kill.

You are reading Diplomat wrong. A figure without diplomat must be in los in order for Diplomat to be in effect.

So, in your case, Exar, Lando, Lobot or the ugos must be in los in order for your opponent to not be able to target your nobles. Another noble does not work.

You could add an RBSV?

He has pseudo-SS and is probably the best option if you don't want to completely rework your squad.

No, that wouldn't work, I'd have to keep the rodian with 6 of all of the nobles, any good accurate shooter could easily kill the RBSV. I'll just use a regular exar bike squad.

oh I thought you'd be running this with Exar always in cover (27) to hit....since you'd likley only need 2 rounds to get a noble into range to drop Exar on top of another beat.

No, I made a mistake with when I read the noble's ruling, I thought if my oppononent had LOS to 2 nobles that they couldn't attack either noble, that was the original plan. But since I misread it, running some swoop bikes and ugs with Lobot and an MTB as rein would be much better IMO. Even if I left Exar in LOS with 27 def, 27 def won't mean much to Boba Merc or Jango BH or other shooters with a high attack and damage output.
